About Law by Jeff
I’m a solo practice corporate attorney based in Vermont. Before law school, I worked as a computer engineer, which helps me quickly grasp the technical nuances of the deals I review for you. Over the past ten years, I’ve supported in-house legal teams at major tech companies and advised numerous other startups and entrepreneurs.
I’m originally from South Texas and lived and worked abroad in London and Sydney before settling into my little cabin in the woods. In my spare time, I like to hike and ski, I'm a gamer and a LEGO nerd, and I have two dogs: Lilu Dallas Multipass and Anakin Skybarker.
