Welcome, and thanks for visiting Law by Jeff (formerly known as Legal Ink). I'm a solo practice corporate attorney with 10 years of in-house experience and a pre-law career in computer engineering. Some of my more recognizable clients include Rackspace Technology, WP Engine, and Salesforce, but I've also advised dozens of smaller companies, startups, entrepreneurs, and pro bono clients. I'm from South Texas and at various times have lived and worked abroad in both London and Sydney. Now I have my little cabin in the woods in Vermont where I like to hike and ski, and I have two dogs: Lilu Dallas Multipass and Anakin Skybarker.
