Information collected about you. This site doesn’t use any ads, analytics, or other tracking technologies of its own. If you fill out the provided contact form, your message is delivered to me by Web3Forms, which stores submissions for a limited time and screens them for spam (see its privacy policy). If you book a call, the scheduling calendar is provided by Cal.com, which collects the details you enter, such as your name, email, and any notes, and may use cookies needed for security and to make the calendar work (see its privacy policy). Both services process this information on my behalf. They, and the service that hosts this site, may also process technical information, such as your IP address, to operate those services.

How your information is used and shared. I use the information you send me to respond to you, consider whether I can help, and, if you become a client, provide legal services to you. I don’t sell your information. The services that host this site or deliver messages may process it on my behalf. I may also share it with other attorneys when appropriate to obtain advice on your behalf, or disclose it when required by law or court order, subject to my professional obligations.

Security, retention, and changes. I use reasonable measures to protect information you send through this site, but I can’t guarantee that online communications are secure. I keep information as long as needed to respond to you and meet my legal and professional obligations. I may change these terms; any changes will apply to your use of the site after I post them here.
